yes but it must be clean and new, once they are used it wont work anymore

Q: How often do you have to treat/spray your shoes?

Every 2 weeks or when you clean them

Q: Does this work on flyknit

It does but mostly for stains. I have them on my Nikes Pegs and NMD’s
