Q: Are the boots thigh high?

Yes. About mid-thigh depending on individual height. I'm 5'10 and they hit mid-thigh on me.

Q: Can I use just on feet and calf’s but not thighs?

Yes you can. It has options to have compression on just certain areas. I highly recommend this product. My dad uses these compression sleeves/leg unit at least once per day and says they are better than the set his physical therapists had. Good quality. Good value for the price. Easy touch button settings.

Q: How long is the leg sleeve? Does it reach and the thighs or only the knees? As i read a post saying it reaches the knees only?
