These are my first TWS and got it for ₹1,899 + ₹129 Anti lost TWS strap + ₹121 Extended warranty by Onsitego. Earlier I used neckband and changed many with the used Realme Wireless 5, 50dB ANC neckband and I loved the audio and ANC until they stopped working just 2 months after 1 year brand warranty is over. That feels like a scam. I trusted boat and wanted 50 dB ANC, rest all I get is something extra. The audio is amazing, boat signature sound is actually something good, maybe Realme neckband didn't had that quality (I am not an expert), ambient sound I use less, ANC is very satisfying, head tracking I experienced first time in my life (on internet people say it is an apple product thing, well whatever it is practically a noticeable experience). Working good, yes less battery backup than neckband but it is like pomodoro after a few years take a 30 minutes break put the TWS on case for charging, all good. Loves the experience and that for this price. If these TWS worked more than Realme neckband (extended warranty must help in future), then I would definitely be loving and trusting Boat products. They actually are very good and practical specially for someone like me whojust wanted audio and ANC, rest all the things are premium experience. Cons: On calls other person is not hearing my voice clearly so have to take the call normally without bluetooth TWS.

This is a public service announcement. Boat doesnt return/refund this product unless it's faulty. In my case, left side seemed to not work intermittently and the buds despite using the smallest buds were painful for my ears. However amazon does not provide a return option on the product and redirects you to boat. Boat meanwhile has a not very friendly user interface to raise issues with your product. They only take the product to technically check your device for faults and does not entertain the satisfaction of the customer. Despite raising the issue on the day of the delivery and giving back a pristine product for the check. They refused to understand that this product can't be used by me due to the ill fitting nature of the buds. A loss of 3k. And honestly not worth it. As you can see from the pictures. The plastic seems cheap and lacks finish. As does the default sounds on pairing up, it is loud and harsh and impervious to volume control. Music plays fine. The features are otherwise as mentioned. But as a customer. The service and lack of clarity on return/refund is infuriating and honestly not something to uphold by a company that prides itself on the Indian market. I believe that a product if it can't be returned should mention that in their policy. The reply from customer service is that return/refund is not mentioned therefore not provided. Obfuscating isn't an answer my corporates. Sincerely, frustrated customer.

is prize me sabse best product hai. bohot achha output hai. easily without error fast connect ho jata hai. calling ke liye bhi achha hai clear voice ata hai aur samne wale ko bhi clear voice jaata hai. music bhi variety of settings ke sath sun sakte hai. touch response bhi perfect chal raha hai. jo jo festures boats ne claim kiye hai sab sahi chal raha hai. aap bindaas buy kariye.

Recieved the product with no issues. The device is very good and the anc is okay as well. Keep in mind that both the buds and the case is big. Battery like is good as well (8hrs on each bud. Need to charge the case every 1-2 days if you're a heavy user. If you connect via Google quick connect then in the bluetooth settings you can see the battery percentage of each bud. The app is terrible for tablet devices and if you want to change the mode( like from anc mode--> normal mode) when you are using only one earbud, it tells u to connect both buds. Which defeatz the whole purpose of the app because half your controls you wanted to change are on the other earbud. In ear detection is very good Anc mode works well. If you're in a car, the sounds of the road are removed.keep in mind that the anc mostly removes low end so don't expect anything insane

Audio quality is good ,easy to using , bluetooth connection is good in listening music but bluetooth calling is average , build quality also good , buds battery is good and it will give almost 6 hours , but case battery is worst the maximum battery is giving only 8 hours,

Just got my hands on The BoAt Nirvana Ivy and i must say these earbuds are really exceptional..!It truly feels premium and sounds like amazing.Strongly recommended.

I bought the boAt Nirvana Ivy 4 days ago and facing issues. Earbuds don’t disconnect in the case, ANC is weak, and battery lasted only 2 days. Not satisfied – going for replacement.
