Bought this in November for a Christmas present, took almost a month to get here, judging by the quality of the product once it got here I can see why. Looks and feels like something made on the streets of a 3rd world country.We had it about 6 Months before we really used it, went on our first vacation and it ripped before we could even get there. By the time we got back one of the wheels wouldn’t roll. Reached out to the company to try to make it right and they said since it was so long they couldn’t do anything about it.So hope this helps someone not to make the same mistake I did.I also bought a LuggeX, supper happy with that one, spend the extra money and get something that will last longer than one vacation.
