Good quality exterior pleated fabric. The lining is cheap, but I really wanted a nice flattering pleated skirt and this did the trick!

Very nice pleated skirt
Nice fabric and lined. Pleats are more narrow and seem like they will stay. Flows beautfully. Great value for the quality. I bought another one by Melumia I returned that was not near as nice and more $. I recommend and in fact just bought another one in white. I am 5'5' 125lbs and bought a medium. It fits beautifully.
