Best fitness journal on the market, hands down
This is my go-to journal for logging my weightlifting. I have at least 6 at this point after recording for so long. The compact size is perfect for taking to the gym and it is laid out so nicely on the inside. All you have to do is fill it in, everything else is thought of for you. Couldn’t recommend this enough. I will be a customer as long as these are being made!

No Nonsense Gym Book
This books is exactly what I was looking for. It keeps it simple and doesn't waste pages on things I don't need. Allows me to record my weight sets on one side of the page and my cardio on the other with any notes I want to make to myself. Small in size, but I like that because it is convenient to carry around the gym and doesn't feel cumbersome at all. If it holds up to wear and tear, I would order this again once I fill this book up.

This is an excellent little book
This is an excellent little book. I keep all of my workouts inside and I am starting to notice that my strength is increasing and my level of weight is increase also. I reviewed my cardio and I notice that I am burning more and more calories. My speed, distance and level is also increasing. I would highly recommend this book because you will see yourself in a new light from start to finish.

Not too big. Not too small. I like how uncluttered each open page is with room to note exercise, weights & reps & an open space for other notes. I track my meals in My Fitness Pal so I don't need a lot of the other details in other workout logs. Would definitely buy again.

Simple and streamlined BUT too SMALL!!
The book is simple and straight forward just as I wanted but it is very very small. I was expecting something better for the price.

Perfect way to stay on track!
I love this journal! Easy format, no extra/useless boxes on the page. Really helps you stay on track and keep note of everything you do in the gym. Perfect size, will be buying again!

small and does the job
I really like that it is small and has that plastic/vinyl cover to protect it from sweat. (just protects the journal when closed, not the inside pages). It should come with a mini pen .. but I got one on my own.

great journal for logging workouts
just got my training journal two days ago and have used it both days at the gym. it's a great way to keep track of amount of weight and reps i do on what machines and exercises. (it also keeps me motivated to do more reps)
