Was hesitant to purchase because of the limited reviews, but this clock is great the color and aesthetic works great with the style of my bedroom! Shipping time was quite slow, but arrived sooner than the expected date. It was easy to set up. I do get the feel that is it pretty fragile so be careful handling it. The flips are quiet, time is easy to read from a distance, the only time I got jump scared was when the clock hit 1AM and the cards needed to be shuffled lol. Had it for about a week and no issues at all, but just like with every analog clock I’ll make sure to check and re-adjust the time to make sure it is keeping time correctly. 10/10!

I love this clock but if you drop it, it's basically over lol (Unless youre stubborn like me and put the cards back manually). The design should be changed so that the flip card section is mounted rigidly to the base to prevent accidental drops.

Okay, look. If you need something as mundane as a clock, you should make it a little fun and you should ABSOLUTELY make it this one. When you take it out of the box, it is safely all wrapped up in a nice paper ring to protect all the numbers. There is a guide that came with it, but I basically did the bare minimum to set the clock and go. I very gently took this paper ring off, read the instructions for turning it on, watched the super cool show of it flipping to 12:00, and then read the instructions to set it. For only having a few buttons and being analog, it was surprisingly easy to set. It’s powered by a magnet underneath which, you know, science, and boom! The numbers somehow flip every 60 seconds allowing it to efficiently keep time. I basically just explained that exactly like a genius would. It didn’t take long to charge it when it arrived and supposedly it can operate for one year on one charge. Waiting for it to flip the first time makes you feel a little silly, but you’ll absolutely see what I mean. Come on, we’re adults - we don’t get a ton of fun on the day to day, but this is an anticipatory moment of “neato!” There are other functions, such as the alarm and a calendar function - however, I have not needed these, or rather, have not looked into using them. We needed a small clock for our kitchen and my husband enjoys different kinds of things like this, but I’ve been surprised by how intrigued I’ve also been with it. It’s extremely quiet when it flips, though it does make a slight sound. It took me awhile to figure out what it was in a quiet house when I first began to hear it. But again, super quiet, I just kept thinking my cat was getting onto the counter and getting into something! I set it with my cell phone’s time and it hasn’t lost minutes at all in the 3 weeks we’ve had it . We both absolutely love this clock. While we needed it in our kitchen after losing an appliance with a clock, I also feel this would be a neat gift for someone. It has a really cool retro vibe while also an understated “techy-ness” to it. It would be a neat gift for a new graduate’s desk at their first job, or a retiree who now can slow down and enjoy the passing of time, possibly for a workaholic who needs that same message, or just someone who would really like a super cool clock! Even kids learning about time or needing a clock in their room would really love this thing. Come on, it’s powered by a magnet and magic, for goodness’ sakes. :)

I love this clock. It also keeps the date, but I mainly use it for the time. It sits beautifully on my desk. I enjoy catching the time flip down as I glance it. It was simple to charge with a USB-C cord. Setting it was also as simple. This is one of those little things that gives you joy when you look at it. It is a small spark in a humdrum day kind of piece. Everyone should have something that brings you the same joy each day.
