Can I play golf with it

I would say maybe not... It is really stiff... Dont think you could hold club well. I also hace cool touch thumbs supports rhat i use when i need to be able to have some flexibility.

I would suggest the Medium size although either one would probably work. There is an elastic velcro strap that wraps around your wrist and can go a little above or below those measurements if needed.

No, this is not made with latex.

Not having a small wrist I can't say for sure. I find that the elastric strap and velco tabs offer a wide variance in snugness of fit. I'm very pleased with mine brace and hope this works out for you also.
