Is this a USP approved supplement?

Since its founding in 1820, USP has helped secure the quality of the American drug supply.  These are not drugs, they are natural supplements and don't really fall into that category.  I'm sure that you know the answer to your question as there are only 3 brands of supplements that have this obscure certification and all 3 brands are low quality economy brands, not professional grade supplements. Kirkland brand is owned by Costco and is notoriously low quality and NatureMade isn't much better as it is grocery store economy brand owned by Otsuka Pharmaceutical.  The 3rd company isn't even worth mentioning as it is a new start up with a poorly maintained home-made website.  So, to answer you question, No, to my knowledge Integrative Therapeutics and every other quality brand in the market haven't bothered to be accredited by this Pharmaceutical Regulating body.

Is this B-complex derived from brewer's yeast?

I spoke with the company and they stated that 1 of the ingredients in the Active B complex is derived from yeast

This contains inositol hexanicotinate instead of niacinamide. Is inositol hexanicotinate better than niacinamide?

Inositol Hexaniacinate is also referred to as Flush-Free or No-Flush Niacin. As the nickname implies, it does not have the nasty side effects, which include itching, flushing, and hot flashes as Niacinamide/Nicotinamide does.

Why does the description of the product say "...with Folate...?"  Folate is not listed on the label.

Look more closely at the label ;  folate is an abbreviation for it's full description. On label  form it says 'L-Methletetrahydrofolate'  (whew, hard to type that), plus lots of other longer words following containing 'folate' within them. Hope this helps!
