1.5" at the highest point and the glass from bow to bow are 4.5"

Can i get a 3.5 magnification ?

I don’t think this style Reader comes in that strength.

Can these frames be used to fill prescription glasses?

YES! I have 2 pair and both were fitted with my prescription!

Are these knock-offs? the ones i received don't have "kate spade" on the outside of the arm

The ones I have have the Kate Spade imprint on the inside of the right arm toward the lens and on the outside left temple in gold. Hope this helps.
