Revolution Pout Lip Gloss, Pigmented High Shine Formula with Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin E, Vegan & Cruelty-Free, 3g, Shimmer Peach Sorbet Nude

Already bought the sweet Rose colour off Revolution website and loved it so ordered this colour off here when I realised amazon sold them. Super glossy and hydrating but not sticky at all. I'm not usually a gloss girl (I always wear lipsticks) but these are now my daily lip choice. Will continue to repurchase in the sweet rose colour and the mauve once I've used them up cos they are the perfect shades for my skin tone and just feel amazing on the lips. The packaging is also super cute. Highly recommend.

Very flattering on darker skin. (Toffee shade)

The Revolution Pout Lip Gloss is a high shine and pigmented lip gloss that contains essential vitamins and Hyaluronic acid. The lip gloss was ordered in Mauve which is a lovely colour which i feel is subtle but compliments my skin complexion. The Hyaluronic acid helps keeps your lips hydrated and retain moisture but also soft and i feel it's effective here. The lip gloss applies with ease and smoothly, once applied it stays on for a good few hours before needing reapplication. I'm very pleased with the consistency and texture once applied and this is now my go to. For the price it's very effective, vibrant and is a lovely coloured lip gloss.

I am of course familiar with the brand "Revolution" but this is my first time with this particular 'Revolution Pout Lip Gloss' product of theirs and the variant I have been fortunate enough to be sent to test & review is the 'Creme Brulee Mauve' variety.As the name suggests it is a lipstick/gloss hybrid. It has a thick and creamy texture to it that goes on easily and in my experience so far at least - doesn't dry the lips out. It is not overly sticky and has a nice level of shine to it in my opinion.The colour is darker than the packaging. It is a nice pinkish-brown colour (or brownish-pink if you prefer!) that I find to be classy, neutral and pretty versatile in terms of the looks and outfits it can go with. Similarly I can see this being suitable for all occasions professional or social. I'm happy. My only slight word of warning or criticism would be that it is darker than the outer packaging may seem to suggest - but is that enough to remove a whole star from the review? If I could give 4.5 stars I might, but seeing as I can't I'm going to round up to five because of my experience overall being positive.

This is a lovely, highly pigmented lip gloss; it’s like a lipstick, but with a rich, glossy finish. It’s easy to apply, leaves my lips feeling really soft, and isn't overly sticky like some glosses are.For £6.99 (at the time of writing my review), I think it’s reasonably priced and offers good value for money.Thank you for taking the time to read my review.
