Brilliant black out blind
3 parts, 4 screws. 5 minutes to install. Brilliant black out blind. Looks great. Metal sides ensure no sag or light gets in.

Obviously second hand but OK
This was a repeat order so wasn’t bothered about packaging damage from warehouse. However I was a little disappointed that the contents weren’t presented as new. Blind wasn’t retracted which may have caused slight scuff on top shroud and slight nick in material, and self adhesive tape cover looked re-applied (badly). Assumed Amazon would check the returns but I guess not.Anyhow first installation was frustrating ( with 2 of us) but this one only took 15mins (on my own). It didn’t matter that tape didn’t stick once screw secured.All good... and very dark when down!

Classy functional blind, worth the price!
Thought it was pricey enough originally, but I think most of these type products are! Well worth the money in the end! Installed it today. It's pretty straight forward to install but still takes some time. 15-30 mins approx. Less time if you know what you are doing. Classy finish and looks nice. I'm impressed, fits nicely and looks slick. Mechanics are easy to use and it's pretty cool because you don't have to close it fully or even half way, you can pull it to the desired location. Good design. Would buy again!

Missing screws, siderail bent, Item may not be new
I received 2 of these. One was fine but when I opened the box to 2nd item it was minding the screws to fix it to window. One of the corners on suderail was bent so it would not slide in and damaged the window frame. Although I bought this item new, I think it was a used item.

Very hard to install
I found all items, manual included. The problem is it's very hard to install even if you have a helper. Manual doesn't show the most important connections including information that the side frames should be installed at the same time. I needed to remove one when I realised that. Anyway product is very nice and it does it's work properly.
