The color is spot on - not too bright or too dark of a red. Love the thicker sole. Fit true to size and like the width of the toe area - not too wide or narrow. These started out somewhat stiff - partly because of the thicker sole; however, I wore them for a full day of walking - they did not blister my feet - and have worn them several all-day shopping trips since and they are now completely broken in and some of the most comfortable shoes I own.

Love these shoes super comfortable! I really didn’t have to break them in. They go with a lot and hold up super well! I wore them all over New Orleans all day and had zero issues!

These looked just as pictures. They are so cute and I get so many compliments when I wear them. The only downside is mine fit kind of small. I would size up because I felt like my toes were cramped at the end. They also feel kind of stiff, haven’t broken in after wearing quite a bit. Not the most comfortable on my feet but very cute.

I highly recommend these shoes—they are seriously cute and elevate any casual outfit. That said, let’s talk sizing because the reviews are all over the place, and I bought two different sizes to test it out myself.Sizing Notes:I wear a 7.5 in most shoes (Nike, Adidas) and an 8 in Vans and Pumas.My feet are 9.2” long and 3.9” wide (on the wider side).I purchased these in black (size 7.5) and white (size 8).Size 7.5 (True to Size):Out of the box, they were stiff—not painful, but I definitely wouldn’t go walking around Vegas or Europe in them right away. I wore Hanes crew socks and felt slight pressure on my toe. However, after 2 nights with shoe stretchers + heat (sat them near the fireplace), they broke in beautifully and are now really comfortable.Size 8 (Half Size Up):Honestly, sizing up didn’t help. They felt just as stiff and only added unnecessary bulk to the shoe. There wasn’t noticeably more room inside, and they looked a bit clunky on my foot.My recommendation:Stick with your regular size. These are structured, heavier shoes that just need a little break-in time. Thinner socks or stretchers/heat will make a big difference. I wouldn’t recommend sizing up unless your feet run very wide or you plan to wear thick socks.---Bonus: Project Cloud Dupe ComparisonI also tried the Project Cloud version to see if they were comfier. Returned them immediately. Yes, they’re $20 cheaper—but they look it. The color was off (a dull grayish tone), the material felt more like foam than suede, and the heel section looked oversized and awkward. I had to size up in those too, which made them feel even more bulky.In short: The Steve Madden pair wins in both style and quality, hands down. Totally worth the price for the look and finish.

This sneakers is soooo cute! Exactly as pictured. Colors are nice and vibrant. It looks very neat on my feet. Would have been a 5 star review except it fits a little snug. All my other sneakers are the same size and I don’t have an issue re the fit.
