Smells kinda bad and fruit flies still around
I needed this for my business and was excited at first, because it was refillable, but then realized that does not actually work for fruit flies at all. Also, it does have a scent that it emits.

These are easy to use. Just put liquid in the hole in apple. They really work keeping away fruit flys.

Refillable and Getting The Job Done
Truthfully, the original solution that comes with these is not all that great BUT it is easy to find a recipe online to make your own solution and these fly traps are sturdy and reusable. They have helped us solve our gnat problem

Works wonders
We get a nasty hoard if fruit flies every spring. They stick around for a few months then disappear. They usually stick to the bathrooms and kitchen. This year, after swatting and spraying my 150+ fly of the season, figured I'd give these ago. I bought 3 packs. Had one 'apple' in each bathroom, one in my laundry room beside my trash can, and the rest in my kitchen. They are very discrete. My mom though they were air fresheners. I have bit detected any odors from these, so that is a plus. After the first day, I noticed an improvement and after 4 or 5, I only saw a few left. After a week, I saw absolutely zero. We still kept them around just in case they returned.

Effective
I buy these every year to keep fruit flies at bay. They work better than anything else ive found. I throw them away when they're full and replace the entire thing.

RIP Fruit Flies!
just amazing! I been having issues with fruit flies for a while. Repellent doesnt work. These little apple looking things here is where these flies go RIP. kinda disgusting to see a pool of them In there. I followed the instructions and left it there for 24 hours. You’ll be amazed by the next morning!

Bait not strong enough.
First of all, the bait is not pungent enough to really entice the flies ALL the way in. Most will just sit on the outside, and the ones that climb in can also easily climb out due to the large hole size. After this not having much luck, I switched to just apple cider vinegar in a cup with holes on it, and then all flies were caught within 24hrs.TLDR; Major design flaw. Just use the DIY Apple Cider Vinegar trap. Much cheaper, WAY more effective.
