Wanted to try this since I like cheesecake flavored pudding both on its own and in a recipe I make for pumpkin fluff, but the well known name brand has never stopped making it with aspartame which I will no longer consume, and this one is stevia sweetened. I really like it. Is the flavor just like cheesecake, no. But it's a nice mild flavor. Definitely use a mixer and definitely let it sit in the refrigerator for at least a half hour before eating.

I use this for my protein diet and I am allergic to aspartame. I make all sorts of protein rich deserts with it. Great taste and price. I will buy again.
