This was purchased for a 6 yr old. She loves it. Her older sisters fell in love with it. The look and quality made it reasonable for the price. The size is pretty cute and sound is perfect. And easy to use.

Faulty phone
I purchased this phone for my sons birthday gift, he hasnt had it very long & it has stopped working, it goes to a menu screen like its trying to restore the phone & its all in Chinese so cant read it or even try to fix it, wish I could return this product or swap it with another one.
