The sound quality of these earbuds exceeded my expectations. I did not anticipate them to be this good, especially in comparison to the over-ear headphones I currently own, including the Momentum 4. Their compact form factor makes them ideal for my upcoming trip, as they deliver impressive sound quality without compromise.Additionally, the price was excellent. I opted for a 'used - like new' option to test the waters, which came with a remarkable 76% discount. However, I encountered an issue: they initially wouldn't charge. When the battery level drops below 10% due to extended storage, the motherboard prevents charging. To resolve this, I had to disassemble the device and manually charge the battery at the soldering point for about one minute. This resolved the problem, and the battery now performs like new. I was so impressed that I decided to purchase two more pairs.[Edit] During my troubleshooting process, I discovered that the right earbud of one pair produced an unusual sound when noise-canceling mode was enabled. It sounded similar to wind blowing into a microphone. To address the issue, I carefully removed the rubber tip and gently cleaned the membrane at the earbud's tip using a clean horsehair brush. After reattaching the rubber tip, the device functioned perfectly again.To summarize, I purchased a total of four pairs in the 'used - like new' condition. Of these, three pairs did not charge out of the box, requiring disassembly and direct charging to resolve the issue, while one pair experienced the noise-canceling problem described above. Thankfully, all these issues were straightforward to fix, and now each pair operates like new. With the significant 70–75% discount on these items, I found it hard to resist purchasing them one after another.

[Edit 03.11.23] Today I received the replacement pair of headsets successfully. It wasn't a straightforward process and I had to make a complaint to the consumer rights. Anyway, at least Global Sennheiser support was supportive. Today I got my package, I know this one also going to have a short-term life.. because I guess there is a chronic issue with this product. I wish that was a reliable product because from many aspects it had a lot of potential. I cannot recommend this product.[Edit 27.10.23] One of my earbuds stopped charging, and a couple of weeks later, it completely died. Unfortunately, Sennheiser does not have an official store in UAE; they only have an authorized third-party partner. As you can imagine, dealing with a third party can be challenging, and I’m still trying to replace the unit, but I haven’t received a proper response yet.[Edit 14.10.24]Broken again. There is a chronic issue with these earbuds one of the earbud eventually fail and it failed with light usage. Don't buy that product.It’s worth noting that all wireless earbuds eventually malfunction due to their size and design. If you’re living in UAE, it might be better to go with brands like Apple that offer a guarantee of at least two solid years.----------------------------In the beginning, I didn't like the sound. It doesn't mean it is bad, it is really good but it wasn't resonated with my taste.Day by day I found a good balance with these Earbuds.+The sound is very clean.-If you like bass that is not what you are looking for.-Comfort is okay. Not like AirPods I still couldn't find the best ear tips.+Battery looks promising-Noise cancellation is mediocre for this price range. meh.+Transparency mod is good if you need it.-App is trash. It feels like a web app.-Still has connectivity issues sometimes you just need to put them back into the case and this is the official solution.

I have tried Bose qc 1&2, sony wf-1000xm4, Soundcore liberty 3 & 4, Samsung buds 2 and pro 2, One more evo, neo buds pro and nothing can come near senheiser mtw3 in terms of sound quality and bass. I was initially skeptical about this earbuds because of negative online reviews. However given it a try and oh boyyy, if budget is not an issue then this are top notch earbuds. Just hoping they last long as durability is my concern because of so much negative reviews i read.Even these are way better than my sony wh-1000xm3 over ear headphones. They looks very weak in comparison to senheiser mtw3.

The earbuds just randomly stop playing and I constantly need to pair and unpair my earphones. I don't even think that this is a defect. Its a bug that I saw people complain about. Definitely returning these.Edit: Thankfully, the update resolved it. Got to see if it works well over course of time.

I bought it 2 times both the times I had some issues, horrible product, no wonder there are so many returns on this earbuds, save your money and don’t waste it this trash

After 8 months of use the right ones don't want to charge.

I bought these about 4 months ago, and I noticed that the buds wouldn't charge when I put them in the case. I'd had to fiddle with the charging pins and clean the charging pads on the buds. I contacted Sennheiser and told them about the problem, and they sent me a replacement in less than a week.Other than that, the sound quality on these is the best I have heard coming from a pair of wireless earbuds.

The one I bought straight up just didn't work. The left one lights up just fine, but the right one simply stay dead no matter what I do. A quick google later reveals this is a very common issue with Sennheiser's earbuds. The solution? None. I simply had to return it and get a new one. At least Amazon was quick about it, i got my replacement in 3 days.One star for Sennheiser, given how much of an established brand they are. Five star for Amazon for the quick replacement though. 10/10 would stick with Sony for the next purchase.
