Great Replacement
This is a well built replacement. The puddle lamp light is halogen. I had upgraded previously to LED, so I had to remove the halogen fixture. It is "glued" in.. but a little coaxing and she came out. Disassembly and reassembly of this unit is exactly the same as OEM. The one thing that bothered me is the "convex" nature of the mirror. Everything is larger and closer when looking at this mirror than on my other side which is still OEM. Some people may prefer this... feature??.... but I will need to order a regular mirror (not convex) to complete this task. Otherwise... 100% from me!

Solid Product
Overall this upgrade has been a good one. Install was fairly simple with an online video on how to remove the door panel. (Watch out for hidden screws) They do the job of making towing a travel trailer easier and more comfortable. It has taken some time to get use to the shape or orientation of the mirrors. Factory mirrors are more horizontal and allow you to view a larger area next to you. These mirrors are more vertical and the power adjustment only changes to top section(which is normal). It took some time to get the lower section adjusted to a good setting to be able to see what I wanted. When I am towing our camper pulling out the mirrors is really simple, use two hands for support and pull outward. This can even be done by a passenger while driving if needed, however it’s a bit awkward from inside the truck. I love that they fold in too, the originals did not. It helps when in a parking lot.For the negatives, the top section of the mirror can have some major vibrations when driving at higher speeds. Which is disappointing, as the mirror already has a smaller viewing area. Overall it doesn’t greatly impact the product, but while towing it certainly makes me nervous. On my units, within the turn signal, each had a bulb that did not work upon delivery. Again, overall it does not impact the product much.Overall I’m happy with the purchase, for the price, I cannot complain. To expect much more would be silly.
