High quality but a good price and quick delivery.
Reasonable price and a quick delivery. The microwave is great quality, looks nice and was quite easy to fit.

Not as good as its predecessor.
We bought one of these as a direct replacement (according to Neff customer service) for our late, trusty H5430 B0, which, after 10 years had started to be a bit unreliable.Although it looks almost identical to its predecessor, this oven is slightly inferior on nearly every count that matters.It is rated at 800W V 900 for the older oven.It is much noisier in operationThe oven compartment is 1 inch narrower, I doubt I will be able to use some of the dishes the previous oven tookThe outer trim bezel is mostly plastic as opposed to mostly metal.It does have 7 built in programs, but I doubt that we will use them.=== later ===This one lasted only 5 years. A few months ago the door wouldn't close / open properly so we looked for a replacement. This model is still in production, but at the time not in stock. But the Bosch model is identical other than the logo. I wonder how long it will last?

Really cross that this expensive machine broke down after 3 ...
Really cross that this expensive machine broke down after 3 years exactly. It was repaired but the same thing occurred again after 3 months. Engineer said it would probably need a new Magnetron (?). Not going to throw more money at this inferior product. Unfortunately I only have a 50cm wide cabinet, so not sure where I go from here. Neff were not helpful at all.
