Great for Art
I bought this exclusively to display art. As a TV it cannot compete with my top of the line OLED Tv. I am very satisfied with this purchase for the intended application. Does it look like a painting? No, it does not. I know this because I have three real oil paintings in the same room. Does it look like a poster? No. Does it look like a picture on a regular tv? No. It has a unique appearance which is pleasing to the eye. If I had to describe it, I would say that it is intermediate between an oil painting and a regular tv image, but closer to the later. The advantage over a real oil painting is that you can change the image when you get bored and you can also use it to display your own photos. I agree again, as a regular tv , not as a display for art, the image is poor compared to a good OLED. It is very good for displaying art.

A quality device and a nice picture
It's not OLED, but it is matt and anti-glare. It's not touch screen, so to use it as a directory, I had to also buy a touch enabled frame. It is nice that the screen is only 3/4" thick and all of the guts are in a separate box which can be 10+ feet away. The remote is RF so it doesn't need line it sight. Set up and wall mounting are easy for an experienced installer. It does have feet if you want to put it on a table...but then get an OLED instead. The apps are OK, what you'd expect. Pricey, and not THE BEST picture as compared to OLED, but for a MATT ART DISPLAY it is great.

Bad picture, bad operating system, bad wall mount
Only buy this TV if you want a picture frame that can also be a TV. Do not buy this if you want a TV that can also be a picture frame. 1. They have clearly sacrificed TV video quality for picture quality. Many of the Samsung OS picture quality settings are disabled for this TV. There isn’t much adjustability to the video quality and the default picture quality lacks definition and suffers from motion rendering. 2. The OS is horrible. Navigation is difficult. WiFi connectivity is a mystery and doesn’t work. It forces you to preview movies in the home page when you don’t want to. The high level Samsung video quality functions are disabled. 3. The art frame gallery requires a $50 per year or $5 per month subscription and the very limited complimentary “art” isn’t artwork. It’s very basic graphic design and a couple photos. 4. The wall mount system is probably the worst design I’ve ever had the displeasure to hang. It’s designed to allow for mistakes in your ability to hang it level, but that only makes it more difficult to hang it in the exact spot you want it. Only buy this TV if you want a picture frame with a $50 per year subscription to display art somewhere in your house that you might sometimes want to also watch TV. If this is your primary purpose, it does the job well. The artwork looks nice, the TV is thin and it looks like a picture frame on the wall. Do not buy this if the primary purpose will be watching TV and you sometimes want to display art. My 10 year old 55” Vizio that cost $300 has better video quality and an equally buggy OS. It’s not worth the price as a TV. I regret buying this TV, when I could have spent the same amount of money or a few bucks more a got a much much better picture quality.

Great TV, hard install
Pros: mounts really flush to the wall, just like a large framed painting or photo. Pictures quality is fantastic, but you’ll need to adjust the settings. Sound is just ok with the TV speakers. Cons: not easy to mount at all. Had to pay a guy to do it after trying myself (I’m pretty competent at handwork). TV speakers are lacking, so you’ll need to add a soundbar. I added a Samsung one and it’s great.

A great TV/art display combo
It’s a great TV and makes for a nice piece of art as well. 4K streams are awesome. A helpful template makes for proper attaching of the brackets to the wall so hanging it was easy. The One Connect box works a treat for attaching multiple AV sources to the TV, all with the single cable connection. I’ve bought nothing but Samsung for a long time - this is the best one yet.

Execetioanally easyo to install and set up on the wall, really good as a TV and as wall art, the only fiddly thing is getting the height right for viewing. Set it up using a laser line (Bosch Quigo) with the top of the frame 40 cm from the ceiling (2.4m), it seems good like that for viewing as a picture but a bit high as a TV.

Was debating which colour to get. This one is perfect and really blends well on white or beige walls. Great contrast and art really pops up. It’s not wood yeah but great quality and doesn’t look great when mounted.

Added on to my new samsung pro tv and works great. Little pricey for what it is

The whole point of buying the Frame television is to have it look like art on the wall, so we knew we’d be spending the $200 on the bezel when we bought it… and I knew from reviews that it would be plastic and not wood, which was annoying but there was no alternative. I am, however, extremely disappointed that the plastic is as flimsy and cheap as it is considering the price point. We installed it very carefully and followed every instruction yet a piece of the underside AND one of the corner attachments snapped while installing. At $200, it should not be that easy to break.
