Sim did not work
I loved this phone, good value for the price but........ it did not work with a brand new BT sim. (Two of them!) After a chat with BT it was concluded that there was a problem with the phone, (maybe have been the contacts)! All other features like internet connection were perfect so I was sad to return it. The sim works fine in a different Nokia 3! Still love this value for money Nokia, my favourite make! Conclusion, fault with the phone I purchased via Amazon Prime. No problems with return so quite happy now. ;-)

Dreary
Slow and cumbersome. Surprised how Nokia haven't done something wonderful as previous record. I just kept it as spare.

I am not very happy with the keyboard as well
It’s a reliable phone generally but a bit slow compared to iPhones. It takes some time to open the apps and getting into contacts. I am not very happy with the keyboard as well, it’s not very precise.

Nice looking phone..
Nice looking phone but the box was damaged and as it was bought as a gift I had to send back for a refund.

Bluetooth issues
Had to be returned due to Bluetooth repeatedly switching itself off. Issue seems common to other Nokia's.
