These shoe inserts are fantastic! They fit well in my everyday sneakers and provide a comfortable boost in height. They get me through long 12-hour shifts in my medical job, and they absorb shock excellently, keeping my feet comfortable all day. The adjustable layers are a great feature, allowing me to customize the height as needed. The breathable material prevents excessive sweat. I've already purchased two pairs and highly recommend them for anyone needing extra height, balance correction, or relief from foot pain. Great quality and value!

This worked great during my time in a medical boot. I could use the different parts in different shoes. I went without an insert for a few weeks and my hip was sore. I used this and was able to make my shoes be the right height, no matter which shoe. My hip was much happier!

These are incredibly comfortable and fit into my motorcycle boots very nicely. As they do not run all the way to the toes they did not affect the fit of my boots, in fact they feel more comfortable while raising my heels by almost 1 inch.

I have had both of my knees and hips replaced along with two back surgeries. Since then, over time, my right leg has become shorter than my left leg by almost an inch. I have tried so many different heel lifts and none have been as nice as these. I'm ordering a second pair because I can only use the right one - I don't need the left one. I sure wish they had the option of ordering two of the same leg for leg length discrepancies to use in different shoes. I use them in my slippers, tennis shoes, sandals and pretty soon, boots. It would be nice if I didn't have to always take them out of one pair of shoes and put them in another. They are so much nicer than just the regular heel lifts. I love that you slide it in your shoes or slippers, etc., and they stay there. I'm going to suggest to the company to offer two of the same side. I highly recommend them for leg length discrepancy even if you can only use one in the package.

Comfortable
