Cannot connect to app . Bluetooth cuts off and on and battery life is short. They are very comfortable but not worth the hassle. Returning

I bought these as a backup to my more expensive ones for when they go in for service. They perform adequately, the issue is the battery life was only 9 hours, obviously insufficient. Customer service response was to shut off the Bluetooth, to conserve battery life. I guess doesn't that defeat the convenience of having Bluetooth? For the price performance was fine just not worth the increased cost of the Bluetooth
