Drones
I bought 2 of these drones. One for my grandson in the USA and the other in NZ. Both were used once and both broke. They were used under the supervision of the father's in a big space. So disappointed.

Defective controls
The drone was used only one time by the 30 year-old father of a 3 1/2 year old child. She loved watching the drone, but it came fairly close to her and her father could not get it to move upward, so it flew into there child's hair tangling in the hair and the father could not get the J*(%^ thing to STOP! So he grabbed the screaming child and broke the blades on the drone in order to get it stopped and out of her hair. I immediately wrote the seller and complained with the explanation and told him./them that I would be willing to pay half the replacement price if I could be sent a new drone. The silence was profound!! I was ignored. I thought I had proposed an equitable solution to an unfortunate experience, but I guess the seller didn't think so. A toy to be used by a child or teenager should not be that difficult for a 30 year old to manage if the controls work properly.
