Love that I can do a single cup or whole pot. Seems easier to use than the Keurig. Im able to taste the flavor in my coffee. Coffee is perfect to drink right after making it and has a warmer if making a pot.

I was tired of Keurig I went through 3 of them in 4 years and I was sick of it. The smaller version of this Ninja was being advertised to me and after searching for the one I was seeing everywhere I found this one and it was on sale so I told myself might as well!! And I am IN LOVE. Being able to switch back and forth between K cups and coffee ground is a game changer. The machine gives you a timer for your coffee being done and it also has a delay coffee setting. It is the perfect size in my opinion and the fact that I can brew a whole carafe of coffee or just a simple cup with coffee grounds is perfect!!

This is by far the worst coffee maker I've ever had. Replaced a Keurig with this model and completely regret it. The pressure will build up so much it spews grounds over the top of the k-cup. OK, so thinking the hole it pokes on the bottom is too small I cut the bottom off the k-cup. Now it just blows the internal filter and all the ground make it into the cup. In my opinion this is a design or function defect that it applies too much pressure vs taking a little extra time to make a cup. I would not buy again and even if they so called fix this issue I would have a hard time buying a different model. If I was still in the return timeframe this would be going back.

Was worried at first because the coffee basket seemed to overflow a little causing grounds in the pot. However, this worked out after about 4 uses (not sure why). The size is very compact for a combination pot and pod brewer. I especially like the shape and handle of the water reservoir--it is very easy to fill and fit back on machine.

When choosing features for this dual brewer please be aware of the differences. The XL permanent filter option does not have the knob for water only . If you want that feature look for the PRO. The picture will show the water knob on the left side under the milk frother.

My second Ninja , great features , live the whipping frother thing on the side.
