My expiration was good for a few years and I honestly never had an issue with it going bad after opening, it’s similar to peanut butter in that sense.

I know it began in Somerville, MA. Later on, in 1920, the factory moved to Lynn, MA, where I know it was still was about 10 years ago. Upon googling this query, it does state that Durkee-Mower, manufacturer of fluff, is still located in Lynn, MA. It's been 100 years!

No, this product is not organic. It has been made by the same company for a very long time, and is pretty much corn syrup, sugar, vanilla and a couple other things. It's fantastic on peanut butter sandwiches, but, no...not organic.
