A good multivitamin which contains a lot of good stuff. Have taken it for about a month and it seems to do the job.

I have started taking this multi vitamin and have to say I dislike it. It has a funny odour, it is quite large so difficult to swallow and it has a very nasty taste. I will not be buying these again.

I bought this multivitamin tablets because I was always feeling tired, powerless and I wanted to boost my body with vitamins. Since I use it I feel a bit of positive change in my body but not significant change.In my oppinion these tablets should contain more portions of each of the vitamins to give you remarkable change in your body.

This is a good choice comprehensive multi vitamin - and best of all you only need one a day.Good value as they contain a great range of 31 different ingredients.Swallow with a big drink.

Fast delivery and they're easy to take

These are aimed at people who are active and workout. They have many vitamins which are listed on the product page. They claim to give energy and my son who has a physical job and cycles a lot seems to be less tired since taking these. They are not suitable for vegans or vegetarians though.
