Changed review
Mine was having an issue and I said so in the original feedback. The company reached out to me to deal with it. My issue could have been uncommon and not reflective of the quality of this product generally. Since the seller's communication and service was so good and the reviews for this are overall positive, I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Its great never have to worry about battery.
Did you remember to charge the power bank? You no longer have to worry just leave it on the car dash and it slowly fills itself. This power bank is a solid performer, offering a large capacity and impressive charging versatility with its solar panels. With three built-in cables, standard wired charging, and 15W wireless charging, it caters to nearly any device. I just wish it had a magnet at wireless charging so the phone would stick to it (magsafe), I dont understand why they missed that simple thing. The inclusion of four foldable solar panels, delivering 6W of solar power, is the key reason to get this, especially for outdoor adventures or emergency situations. While solar charging is a bit slow, (15 hours for a full chage), it provides a valuable trickle charge, sufficient for at least one full phone charge after a few hours in the sun.A handy LED flashlight, is a plus, it maintain a manageable size and weight, though it does make it a bit heavy. The foldable solar panels fold neatly, making it reasonably portable, though not for pocket carry. It's a fantastic choice for car storage or extended beach and picnic trips.

It works as described
I love that many items sold on Amazon offer free returns. This allows me to test the accuracy of the description. I’ve now done that with the SOARAISE Solar Charger 25000mAh Wireless Portable Charger, which I will be taking on all my trips.I visually confirmed that it has three built-in cables (one of which is for Apple products), four Solar Panels, LED Camping Flashlights, Fast Charging, and Dustproof, whatever that means.I cannot confirm whether it is waterproof or shockproof since I was not willing to dunk it in water or shake it more than usual. But it did pass my water-resistant test. I suspect that the wireless charging feature works, but I discovered that my wireless charging adaptor doesn’t work. (I returned it to Amazon.)I did some tests on the claim of 20W Power Delivery using the solar panels to charge it.With a foggy sky, the digital meter gained 2 % in one hour and 6% in two hours. Your results will be better under the full sun. A day of recharging solar cells under a foggy sky will fully charge the device from 50% to 100% I believe. In ideal conditions, it claims that the batteries can hold 25,000 Milliamp Hours, which is 25 Ah. A typical mobile phone’s battery holds 3 to 4 Ah. (The Galaxy S23 Ultra claims a battery capacity of 5Ah.) However, after considering mobile phone charging inefficiencies, the estimate that its batteries are capable of charging smartphones up to 6-7 times seems reasonable. When I ordered it, delivery was 9 days. Now the delivery is prime one-day.The instructions that came with it were tiny. Fortunately, one of the Amazon videos answered my question of how to turn on the flashlight. But I wish it had larger and better instructions.

Great solar charger
Works great, don't care for the non detachable panels, but fast charging and not extremely heavy to use on your excursions.

Solar Charging DRAINS the Battery
I don't know how bad the manufacturing on this product had to be for this to happen but when attempting to use the solar panels to charge the battery, I found the battery level going down even when the device wasn't charging anything.I'm glad I tested this out at my daughter's soccer game. It was a bright sunny day and I got this product for my Get Home/Bug out Bag. I charged my phone with it for a little bit and I thought, "Hey let me see how fast this thing charges by itself.", so I unplugged my phone. I check back 5 minutes later... the power level has dropped by a few percent. Confused I let it charge more and check in a few minutes after that... it's at an even lower percent. I kept checking the power level of the product throughout the soccer game and the battery level just kept dropping. As a power bank/flashlight combo it works fine. As a solar charging device + powerbank (which is what EVERYONE reading this is looking to get), it is terrible. I never in my life heard of solar charging actively decreasing energy. How does that even happen???

Works on a cloudy day!
Nifty little gadget perfect for charging devices on the go. I used it for phone and kids portable game systems. It worked even on a cloudy day. Great for keeping in a bag on the go incase of forgotten or busted chargers or traveling. Fits comfortably in a purse and about the size of a small book.

Solid battery but the solar charging is limited to a certain percentage
The media could not be loaded. I put this in the sun and the solar energy activated the display, showing it was charging, but over the next 30 minutes the charge went down from 81% to 78%. The charging seems like a gimmick.I think heat limits the battery charging capacity. I tried charging it again from in a temperature controlled area. It charged to 89-90%, oscillating between 89 and 90 (see the attached one hour time lapse video).
