Truly amazing, that's what they are. For the money, you really will have no complaints at all. They sound amazing - ex-Sound Engineer and producer here - they really do, and unless you're using them for some high quality recordings that you really feel needs the best, then these really will do 95% of jobs with aplomb. They are absolutely good enough, and if you're recording with your phone then these are perfect. The first job they will be doing for me is probably the most important recording session of my life, recording my toddler singing at her pre-school! They're nice and tiny, and as long as I can get her to not want to play with it constantly, then I don't doubt that I'm going to cherish this recording for the rest of my life. One tip, don't be like me, I ripped them out the box and didn't bother reading anything. I plugged them in to charge, and nothing. It turns out there's a tiny piece of plastic protecting the charging strip and I completely missed this. Whoops! My only real critisim at this point is the level control of the mics, in the app it's just a little rudimentary offering you steps of changes rather than a smooth transition from quiet to loud. It's a minor issue, as I'm not sure I'll be able to get it quiet enough for my over enthusiastic toddler, but time will tell. Love the fact that you can also turn the LED off on the mic too via the app, that's a lovely addition as I thought I might have to stick some gaffer tape over it. I recommend these to one and all, no question, they're an absolute steal!

This mic is just so good. The noise cancellation is on another level!!🥰. very easy to use. It’s tiny,compact and easy to carry around. I get clear and crisp audio with it. I highly recommend it

What a great product I had bought some cheap ones and they were rubbish, these are accompanied by a app which helps you set them , very pleased only thing it shows product comes with charging case mine didn’t????!

This product is not compatible with an iPhone 16 which has a USBC port and not a lightening port???

A game changer! I have been looking for a simple, cost-effective way of recording clients, whilst filming them, on my presentation skills training courses. I purchased two, one to fit the lightening connector on an iPad and another with the USB connector on a smart phone and I used them both on a training session today. The sound quality is exceptional, and they’re so easy to use - as soon as the receiver is plugged into your phone or iPad it pairs with the lapel mic and you’re done. I wish I’d known about these years ago

I LOVE THIS THING! SIX stars! How about TEN STARS?!??! I don't know how I ever got along without it. I live fairly close (1/3 of a mile of so) to a major highway, and anything I'd shoot outdoors always had road noise. As you'll see in my video, the Hollyland Lark A1 put an end to that problem! It's absolutely night and day! Easy to set up. Literally just plug and go! If the receiver is plugged into your phone, the phone automatically switches over from the built-in mic. The app is straightforward and easy to figure out. Holds a charge for a good while. Seems like 60-90 minutes or so? I haven't actually measured it. But considering there are two, you can use one while the other one charges. The magnetic clip is just fantastic. SOOOO much easier and gives you WAY more options than a traditional mechanical, tension clip. And I LOVE the compact size compared to all those big, clunky things you see sooo many people using lately. SO much less distracting in your images. And the price!??!?! It's unbelievably affordable. I'd gladly pay $100, maybe even $200 for this mic! Is it AS GOOD as a $1000, pro-level mic? NO. Is it as good as a $300 semi-pro mic? Probably not. But I think most people would have to have them side-by-side to notice a difference. (if there was any at all) As far as any negatives... Mostly trivial! I wish it had a hard case to store everything in. BUT the "box" does have well-fitted compartments, so I guess that will get the job done! And the magnets are so strong that if one mic is in the charging base, the other will try to yank it out as you try to put it in next to it. It does also seem to add a little bit of distortion to your voice. But for the price? I'm quite happy to call that "personality," along the lines of tube distortion in an amplifier : ) I can't believe I've been shooting videos all these years without this. And if you get it, I'm certain you'll feel the same way!

This is good for anyone starting to make videos on YouTube on social media. The sound is way better than just from the iPhone but still not as good as professional ones. And based on the price this is a really good product. The quality also is not cheap but feels professional.
