A beautiful piece with lots of potential but the plastic is overheating and turning dark.
Update: the company offered advice on resolving the issue and was responsive. I’m fully satisfied with this item at this price point.The pictures speak for themselves. I have it installed in a 20' entryway. I installed it myself but recommend two people. You'll want to add a wiring harness to extend the connectors a few feet so that you can attach it to the bracket. Changing the length of each segment is easy if you can reach the top. I rented scaffolding and it made it stress free but it took an hour or so to adjust the height. I love it except a deal breaker is one of the 9 segments started warping in color after a day. It appears that the material holding up the LEDs inside came loose from heat or poor attachment and now they rest against the plastic cover overheating it (see photos). This unit looks like it would cost 4x the price paid but unfortunately all I can see is the defect when it is on. It is more than bright enough for the area but I am hesitant to keep it on at full brightness and will probably return it. Given that installation costs may match the cost of the item itself, consider that in your purchase. It would still be a great value if you only have to install it once.

minimalist and bold at the very same time
we have purchased two lights with nine panels, (hanging from our 20 foot ceilings) we have purchased one five panel, and two three panel lights.. so minimalist , but quite the statement

Sleek and classy
Bought this light for my living room. It has a sleek, contemporary design that adds a stylish touch to any room. The black finish and clustered lights are visually striking, but the installation process was more complicated than expected, with unclear instructions. Once installed, it provides a good amount of light, but the brightness isn't as adjustable as I’d hoped. Overall, it’s a nice centerpiece for a modern space, but the setup and functionality could be improved.

Love this fixture. We installed this in our two story entry way. Make a dramatic statement. Love that it is adjustable lengthwise and remote controlled for varying brightness.
