Liquid Color, 2-Ounce, White

I'm just a new, amateur baker with lots of room for improvement. I had a recipe that called for whitening plain buttercream frosting to make it less yellow, and I didn't have anything like that. I ordered this and it was great to use. I also realized I could fix my food-coloring errors pretty quickly and easily with it. It gives me a lot more range for color with the gel color set I use. I also love the no-mess squeeze bottle compared with the little jars of gel coloring that require gloves or dye my fingers. :) Great price too.

I make decorative cookies with royal icing often. This absolutely keeps the icing on your cookies looking white. Without it, they will dry less than white and look terrible. Highly recommend.

Small bottle, only takes a drop so will last awhile.

Love this stuff, I use it every time I make icing. A little goes a long way and it really makes the colors pop! No weird taste and doesn't mess with the consistency of the frosting or icing.

The color itself is excellent — it mixes in smoothly and gives a nice, bright white tone to buttercream, fondant, and icing without affecting taste or texture. It’s especially helpful when you want to neutralize the yellow tint from butter. However, the bottle tends to leak a little, especially around the cap after a few uses. It can get a bit messy if not stored upright. I still use it regularly, but I wish the packaging were more secure. Overall, great product — just be careful when handling and storing it!

Works amazing in making hard candy the color you desire

Bought this for my white icing and it is pure white... was very grateful to find this as I like a pure white icing for my white cake.. I piped red roses son top that made for a beautiful cake .. It was so pretty one lady didn't want me to cut it... will purchase this again...
