Farberware Nonstick Bakeware 9-Inch Round Springform Pan, Gray

Skeptical am I when it comes to mail order bakeware. Farberware is a name my grandmothers and great grandmothers used so I saw this one at a decent price point a scooped her on up. I previously purchased another brand and was instantly aggravated when I picked up the box. It went flying out of my hand across the kitchen it was so lightweight! I then realized that it was made of Lord knows what and it clearly would hold up to my cheesecake. I didn't bother even bother opening it and sent that bad boy right on back. Enter Faberware and baybeeee it was on! Y'all this pan is weighty and so pretty. The finish is sleek and unmarred and it baked this Basque Burnt Cheesecake to utter perfection. I am immensely pleased with its performance and how sturdy it feels. It bakes evenly and completely in my Kenmore gas oven that is older than Jesus. The latch opens easily and the bottom seal is flawless and easy to seat in its groove; just sitnit on the counter and snap it shut. No leakage either. Thanks for making a quality product at a decent price point. Bravo.

bought this before thanksgiving so i could make a big pumpkin cheesecake and i am SO glad i did! i’ve gotten so much use out of it this past month and a half, including another dessert for christmas. the size is great for 6-8 people (in my opinion), the seal is so clean nothing leaks at all, and the coating makes baked items extremely easy to remove from the pan. absolutely awesome quality material and the buckle mechanism feels very well made, not cheap at all. looks very professionally made, and baking time was a little faster than other springform pans i have because it was able to bake so evenly in this pan. 10/10!!

For my daughter's recent birthday, I wanted to make a cake that my mom used to make for us many decades ago, which needed a removable bottom cake pan. I wanted to make it for my daughter's birthday, and didn't have the mold/pan. Ordered this one, arrived next morning, seemed very study and well-made. Tried it out. Worked just awesome! Just like mom's! Bottom didn't leak at all (it had brandy-soaked lady fingers on the bottom), and when I popped it open to serve, there was no sticking at all! Motivates me to make this more often! Highly recommend for anyone needed a pan like this for similar cakes, or tiramisu, etc.

This seems to be a good, sturdy 9-inch springform pan with high sides (3 inches). I ordered several different brands to compare. This one, Faberware and Wilton Advance Select, were the heaviest at 18oz (9oz for the others for the Rachael Ray pan). I did a water-leak test as in another review. They ALL leak at the side seam so that is not a true test. You will still need to protect any pan with foil during a water bath. When I get one, I will see how those silicone pan protectors work. I think the non-stick surface will be fine; however, I always line my pans with parchment and never use metal utensils. The latch seems to work easily enough and is snug.

I've been wanting to make a cheese cake so I bought this to replace my old, rusty springform pan. This Farberware pan is marvelous-- it's sturdy, has non-stick coating, and will be a lot easier to clean. I'm throwing the old pan away right now! PS-- The price is great! Much lower than what I've recently seen in stores.

This pan is fantastic! It doesn’t leak, feels very sturdy, and is the perfect size for a standard cheesecake recipe. I originally bought it for cheesecakes, but I also tried baking a regular cake in it once, and it was honestly the best cake I’ve ever made. It came out incredibly moist and didn’t stick to the pan at all. Definitely a must have for any baker!

Bought this to replace old one we have . This one is heavy duty , very well made and does a great job . Didn’t stick at all on cheese cake . Would buy again. Did leak a little butter from crust out the bottom

She works like a gem, no sticking and really easy to release. Anything Ive made has come out perfect and even and it’s relatively easy to clean.
