Seeing Good Results After One Week of Use
I've been using my vibration plate for a week and I am already feeling toning in my leg muscles. It also helps me feel better if I've been in a bad mood. You know the saying, "Shake it off." Well it does just that. This vibration plate is of good construction and it comes with a remote that makes it easy to change the intensity of the vibration while you are using the vibration plate. I recommend it for it's good price and quality.

Stiff legs
I love this! I jump on it after work to losen up or during video games. Helps with stiff legs and back after sitting all day! Highly recommend! Also this has a Bluetooth speaker in it! I had no idea!

Vibration plate use
The bolts in the foot areaof the plate are a bit painful to your bare feet. I suggest wearing some tipe of foot protection to prevent bruising your feet. Other than that I love my vibration plate. Either setting or standing. I use a 4 leg walker for support and ballence. Extend the legs for comfort.

I really like this vibration plate has many settings also has the stretch bands to work your arms out. Wish it had an attached stand for balance
