The fixture itself can not be extended to accommodate a longer tube. But the fixtures can connect in series allowing you to provide UVB in a long enclosure using only the one outlet.

Does this come with a 12% uvb bulb? i ordered one and it came with a 6% uvb bulb. not the 12% bulb.

We've see that before, it's one of the reasons we test the bulb and fixture before shipment.

Mine came with a 14%. The outer box said 12% but the bulb box inside said 14% should I take it as 14%?

The bulb itself is embossed with the UVB designation on one end. That should be definitive.

I already have an extra light. Os there a way of just buying the fixture itself?

As far as we know, the fixtures aren't sold by themselves.
