Is this a good blend of vegetables and fruit?

Simple answer: yes. But I have to say that there're people out there who apparently do not realize that budgerigars are a species which evolved to eat mostly seeds. Over emphasis of particular vegetables and fruits and that they be "fresh" is now part of the "Internet Standard Belief System." I can understand this because it arose out of the emphasis on larger parrot species and they are mostly jungle birds which evolved to eat more vegetation and fruits (and nuts) so this information bled into the knowledge about budgerigars (budgies). _ Summary: I've had one female budgie for 29 months, the male I've had for almost 16 months. Both show remarkably good plumage, so good that people remark about them being especially beautiful birds. Let me not forget: I mix Zupreme Selects for small birds 6:1 (16%) with Zupreem Fruit Flavored pellets for small birds. --- In addition, I give them small bunches of millet for reward training only and I give them Lefebers Nutri-Berries. Neither bird likes to bathe so I spray mist them even though I provide a suitable plastic tub of spring water every day without fail. In their cages I installed a automatic water dispenser which has a ball valve they quickly learned how to activate. I hope this has been helpful.

Is there fruit and vegs in this?

I can't remember it's a mixer of stuff in there my parakeet loved it though they ate that more than they ate their regular food

Would it be okay to feed this everyday as is or should I try to add in more pellets?

After our last health checkup my (our) vet told me to add 25% pellets to my two birds' Zupreme Smart Selects for small birds because my female, Dollar had gained 5 grams since the last checkup. I did that and Dollar is down to her "fighting weight"(LOL) now. Zupreme Smart Selects for small bird has been their main diet since I got Dollar 3-1/2 years ago. I give them small balls of millet for treats and give them no more than one Lefebers Nutriberrie each per day.

Can this be used as a seed mix? (fed alongside fruitblend pellets) Or would it be better to get sensible seed for this purpose.

I’ve mixed it with pellets and other seed and had no issues. Just depends on how picky your birds are. I keep mine on pellets and fresh veggies with only 20-30% seed for their health.
