These worked well for a glass insert banister!

Glass clamps to hold the glass in a portion of our outdoor deck, work efficiently, and don’t detract from the design and look of the deck area. These aren’t the heavy duty clamps the glass company installed on the large glass panels, but worked perfect on the much lighter panels on the sides. Worked perfectly, looked exactly like the heavier parts.

Loved how robust it was built. One of them had a screw that was stuck and couldn’t be unscrewed. I emailed the company requesting a single replacement and within 24 hours had a brand new full box replaced. There are so many applications for these.

This is the second time I purchased these. I was given some beautiful pieces of stained glass that a neighbor of my mother-in-law‘s pulled out of their house. I needed a way to mount them, and these worked perfect. Super easy to install and very strong. I have had them up for about six months now with no problems. Not easy to find a way to mount a piece of glass that doesn’t really have any trim on it. These were perfect!

They are a little on the non hvy duty side, would work for smaller glass sizes

If you have shopped for GLASS CLAMPS, you know these were the best price. However, you get what you pay for. After installing 54 of these clamps, within 1 day, I noticed most of my panels of glass were sliding downward with gravity. They do not hold the glass tight enough. I have large panels, 60" long by 30" high, and 3/8" thick. I used 6 clamps on this panel, three on the top, and three on the bottom. Still they failed to stop the glass from sliding down. The difference between these cheap clamps, and the more expensive clamps, is that the better clamps have a solid piece of rubber providing much more surface contact to hold the glass. These cheap clamps only touch the glass on the outside edges of the rubber, the inside is hollow, for some reason, maybe to save money? I needed to order some silicone rubber Durometer 70, and replace the factory rubber with pieces of this new rubber I bought, in order to stop the glass from sliding.Bottom line, you get what you pay for......ALWAYS!

These brackets went on easily, and they hold the glass firmly. They also look great for the office. Used them to hold a 30”x 46” tempered glass for our office reception window.
