Is the tea tree suppositories supposed to come with applicators?

No, and it was a surprise to me too. I just went out and a bought a 7-day treatment of whatever they have at the drugstore, just for the applicators. Or you can buy just one, and wipe it with alcohol each time. I don't like sticking my fingers up there, so I need an applicator. Refrigerating the suppositories is a good idea too, since they soften quickly, and can start to melt while you put them in the applicator.

How long do you leave the suppositories in for?

Indefinitely. It absorbs and the excess leaves via discharge the next day. I usually wear a panty liner the next day.
