These things are pretty much one time use and crumble when they get old. This clip got my interior trim panel snapped back in for a fraction of the dealer price.

I only needed one, but bought the 10-piece pack after I discovered one was missing from one of my rear door panels after replacing my rear door lock actuators. I used one of the new ones that arrived from Amazon just a few minutes before, popped the panel back on...and realized I hadn't plugged in the switch for the rear side window. So...off with the panel with a little tug as I always do, and the new one broke. Only the new one and not any of the 20 yr old ones.
