Great product. I was skeptical as I’ve only used custom orthotics since I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. That said; I was not trying to spend hundreds again and wait weeks to get them in. I’ve worn the same pair of orthotics for too long and honestly haven’t found anything I’ve liked other than custom fit ones.Well; from the moment I pulled out my old inserts and added the new SOLE inserts; my feet actually felt happy. Not annoyed and in pain like I get with most shoes (if you have plantar fasciitis you know what I mean). Just satisfaction. They offer great arch support, nicely cushioned in all the right places and keeps me flat versus an incline with many other brands of inserts.I let the insoles get used to my feet for a few hours each day and over the last week of wearing them in very impressed. They fit my shoes well and as long as your shoes are loose enough it should be fine.

These are better fitting and more comfortable than custom orthotics. I have them in every pair of shoes and boots I own. They even stand up to 12 hour shifts on concrete floors.

Bought to resolve an issue with the left insole on a pair of size 10.5 Oboz Sawtooth hiking boots. The arch on the right boot was fine but the arch on the left boot was hitting me too far back towards my heel and made the boots uncomfortable. I tried these and they were significantly thicker than the Oboz insoles so they didn’t quite work. Ultimately sold the 10.5s and bought size 11s, which definitely improved the arch situation. Played around and decided to put these in the new 11s and, although they are still thicker than the original Oboz insoles, the arch now feels even better. Good product and had no issues heating them in the oven. I’d recommend trying the Medium thickness first, rather than the Thick, if using in hiking boots.

These are great insoles! I swers by them. I wear them daily in my work boots. High quality insoled that can be heat mokded or wear to break in. I always just wear them for break in and have never had an issue. Highly recommend

These work well in my boots, and feel great. I needed to take up some more space in my boots, and these were good thickness. Work well for my purpose.

I decided to switch to this insert before taking my annual backpacking trip, and I'm so glad I made the switch. These insoles provided the perfect amount of support and cushion. I completed 175 miles on the Appalachian Trail pain-free. I'll be buying this brand from now on.

The sizing for for size 12 was perfect-no trimming was required. I wore them in my work boot...I expected some discomfort but supposedly the insert would mold to my arch & foot. By the end of 3-hours, the CENTER-INSIDE of my foot, not the arch, was bright red, sore to the touch and I could barely walk. My issue is that I have a low arch and reqiire some support as I walk on concrete all day (so this item SHOULD have been perfect). For me, I found this item to be EXTREMELY HARD on my NO GIVE and NO SOFTNESS except in the toe area- It was like I taped a stone to the center of my foot and walked around on it. Needless to say, I returned for a refund!! I'm now back to Dr S, Extra Support for men over 200 lbs... 5-Star comfort!
