These chairs are great! Very easy to assemble and extremely comfortable. Great design and sturdy construction.

Wasn’t too sure about this at first. I always wanted one, but no way I am paying thousands. Arrived quickly, and well packaged. Unboxed and put together. It took me alone about 1.5 hrs. It isn’t difficult. But please watch the instructional video on here, it really helps. One tip is if you don’t have a second person when attaching the back to the seat, lean it up against a wall to line up bolt holes. The armrest gave me some trouble, but this must have been a common complaint, they come with longer bolts. All in all it’s fairly easy. Once the chair was together, I have been using it for about a week now. It’s fantastic and comfortable. It looks fantastic!! I would recommend it to anyone!!

I've been very happy with the quality of the chair in al respects. The leather is comfortable and the component construcyion feels durable. Assembly was not difficult, the chair and ottoman came with printed instructions as a companion to the video in the chair's product page on amazon. My only issue with the product is that it's listed as a tall and is not. As someone who is 6'4, the chair back doesn't reach the top of my shoulders, so all the support is in the wrong places on my back causing an unnatural hunch.Seller was good otherwise. Prompt shipping and alerted me to the two separate tracking numbers.

I must say it was a leap for me to purchase this chair given there weren't many reviews, but I'm glad I did. The chair is remarkably comfortable and well made. It's my go-to chair when relaxing in my entertainment room and has a perfect incline and headrest for sitting back after a long day of work. Also, communication from the seller and delivery was great.My only minor issues are the fake leather isn't particularly soft to the touch and the chair squeaks a bit, but I consider these minor blemishes for a chair that would cost thousands otherwise. Highly recommended.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:1) This chair is very low to the ground and so if you are 5 feet tall or less it may be good for you, but for taller person like me it is too low and too much strain getting up from this chair 2) the chair is not suitable for longer sitting as the back angle is fixed with no adjustment possible and so not comfortable 3) the leather is not great. I wanted to return but seller team did not send me pre-paid return label. They took me all kind of loops and questions but refused to provide pre-paid return label. Looking at their approach i am not sure if i will get my refund even if i return after paying shipping. Very nice quality. Looks lovely. Although I am not the most mechanically inclined I think the armrest directions could have been a bit clearer! UghAlso. Try to send both packages at same time. I waited a week between the body and the hardware! But. Very comfy and nice to look at

I bought the upgraded Palisander version of the chair. The quality is absolutely worthy of the price. I did have a problem with paint flaking on the base of the ottoman, but the seller was awesome and sent a new one out immediately. Every company has quality issues every once in a while, that’s how you deal with them that matters. You can feel very comfortable buying this chair and receiving something that you will love to have in your home.

Very nice chair. The only thing that could improve is clear communication that the legs and hardware ship separately. They arrived several days later. Would just be nice to know in advance.
