Woke up one morning with bad shoulder pain. Found that holding my shoulder back (good posture) eased the pain.Ordered this from Amazon and put it on as soon as it arrived. It worked a treat. Had on for about 1 hour at a time.Can get a bit uncomfortable when it’s hot. Worked out well for me. Now I just use it when been sitting in front of my computer to long. Money well spent

Actually works, I'm surprised. I thought it would be stiffer but it still provides enough support for the middle back kyphosis (a lot of posture shirts etc work only for the shoulders).

Uncomfortable, clunky and rubs under my arms. I couldn’t stand it. Waste of money, I’d be better off with a corset.

I spend most of my workday sitting at a computer, and I've noticed my posture suffering as a result. I started wearing this brace to see if it would help. Putting it on is a bit like shrugging on a backpack, and it's easy to adjust the straps for a snug fit. It doesn't magically force you into a perfect posture, but it provides a constant, gentle reminder to pull your shoulders back and sit up straight. Whenever I start to slouch, I can feel the tension in the straps, which cues me to correct my position. The padding on the shoulder straps and under the arms makes it reasonably comfortable to wear for a few hours at a time, directly against the skin or over a t-shirt. I have noticed some minor chafing after extended periods, but for wearing it for two or three hours a day, it's perfectly tolerable. It's a simple tool that has genuinely helped increase my awareness of my own posture throughout the day.
