It works very well to seal up leaks in gutters. Drys to leave a heavy rubbery coating. Brush cleanup with paint thinner.

Very different than plastic dip. Exactly what it says. LIQUID. And SEAL. Not so much for dip applications such as for tool handles. Takes longer than plastic dip to dry. When dry has a tacky feel too it. Though they are marketed as nearly the same thing they are not. It is most certainly a flexible seal. Works great in its own right. I however was looking for something more like plastic dip and but this gives more oz to the price so I got it instead but not what I thought.
