I have very fine and damaged hair. Will this help to thicken it?

It make hair softer but not necessarily thicker. It seems to protect against breakage.

I used it on my long hair and I love it . It didn’t make my hair greasy because you only use it on the ends and length not next to head. It works for me.

I can't say, haven't had it long enough.
