Works like it should except even better!
Due to the nature of my small business, I was looking for a label maker that would both speed up the labeling process and make it look more professional. This machine does both. One of the best things about it is that it is wireless, which means that you don't have to be right next to the label maker to make the labels. It also is integrated with a corresponding app. This machine appears to be of good quality and it produces labels that look like the ones that you might get from stores. It is also fairly quick. I am very happy with this machine and would buy it again.

Prints Extremely Well, But Must Use Their App.
I really wanted to love this printer, and while there are things I do appreciate about it, there are some unnecessary limitations. On the plus side, it prints extremely well—I’ve primarily used 4x6 labels, and the printing is almost instantaneous after clicking print. The quality is sharp, and it handles different label types well. However, my biggest issue is that it doesn’t function as a standalone Wi-Fi printer, at least from your phone. While it does work over Wi-Fi, you have to go through their app, which isn’t ideal. I was hoping it would integrate with my Wi-Fi network and function like a regular printer, but that’s not the case. That said, their app is about as well-designed as it could be, and while it doesn’t directly integrate with those apps advertised, you can usually use the share function on your phone to send files straight to their app, which isn’t as bad as I initially expected.Overall, it’s a very nice little printer, but the price is too high for what it is. At this price point, you start getting into more established brands that offer similar features while likely allowing true independent Wi-Fi printing. It’s functional and works well, but the reliance on the app and the premium price make it a harder sell. If you don’t mind the extra steps, or will be using it via USB, it’s still a solid choice, but there were definitely some software development decisions that could have been improved upon.

A Premium High Quality WIFI Thermal Printer That Gets the Job Done!
A high quality well manufactured 4x6 WIFI high speed high resolution wireless thermal printer offered by OMEZIZY is a runaway winner! This is a sharp looking heavy compact label printer. You can connect to it either via WIFI or direct USB connection, it's your choice. You can use this machine for printing your standard shipping labels or simple labels for home office use. Either way, you will get high resolution printing every time. All computer platforms can easily connect to this product. Android, iOS, MAC OS, Windows, and tablet are no problem. You can download drivers and software directly from the manufacturer's website. The instructions are easy to read with pictures that simplify the installation process. The 245-WF thermal printer supports 5GHz WIFI for super fast connections, and can support up to 10 devices simultaneously. I was able to connect from three of my devices. I have a Dell XPS 13 laptop, An iPad Air 5th Gen, and an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Once configured properly, I was able to print from these devices without any issues whatsoever. Label widths are 1"- 4.6". The resolution is 203DPI and can print up to 72 labels per minute if needed. Because I do not print labels in volume, I cannot attest to its reliability from high volume printing, but then, it's good to know this machine offers this capability. You must use the attached power cord at all times to run this printer. Although this is a compact thermal printer, it is very sophisticated and will take some time to learn proper usage ensuring it will operate as intended. Observe the various buttons on top of the unit and on the back. Each button serves a purpose such as on/off, start/stop, WIFI, manual feed, and opening the unit to service it. This printer should be cleaned often by gently wiping the rollers of paper debris and dust making sure you don't put your fingers on the wiping cloth prior to cleaning the unit. Proper cleaning will ensure this device will give you many years of uninterrupted maintenance free service. Keep the instructions near the device to remind you of the proper steps and procedures.Lastly, customer support is excellent! You can call or email technical support during normal business hours Eastern Standard Time. I have had no need to reach out to customer support, but it's good to know you can reach them easily. You can find plenty of tutorial videos on their website and on YouTube if need be. I experienced no issues with usage of this remarkable machine using all of my devices to print shipping and miscellaneous labels. This WIFI thermal printer is a quality value based purchase. I truly recommend it.

Prints great, pain to setup wifi, less techy people will struggle to connect to wifi
The printer itself, prints great. I had the PM-246s prior to this one but got this one for the Wifi capabilities. Setting up via USB is as easy as any USB device. So why 3 stars? Because this is heavily advertised as a Wifi printer and that's what I'm rating it on.First, you have to be connected via USB in order to configure the Wifi initially. Finding where to configure the wifi is where the instructions were lacking. Tells you to download a tool and then immediately shows you some screenshots of a wifi configuration tool from a MAC. However, it doesn't tell you how they got there and the app you download isn't where you configure it. I ultimately found them in the printers properties / tools menu. From there it seemed simple enough, choose your SSID and enter the password and connect. But it didn't recognize any of my SSIDs from my newer Access point and only showed one connection. It did recognize one being broadcasted from a much older access point i have in the garage but it would just fail with a generic fail message. Luckily you are able to just type in the SSID and I was able to connect to one of my other connections. You can connect via bluetooth, but it must only be for mobile devices as there are no desktop drivers for that connection that I could find. And when you go to their site, the PM-247-WS isn't even listed in their downloads. Latest being the PM-246s.If you are just going to connect via USB, then this is a great printer to have for label printing. It prints nice and dark with crisp images. If you are getting this because of the Wifi feature, at least you'll somewhat be prepared for that setup.
