Great look when being used
This Charging station comes with the main base that has all the ports, 6 removable see-through plastic dividers, manual, 2 Android wires, 3 Apple wires, and the long wire that connects the base to the Wall Socket. The 5 charging wires are about 1 feet. You can also use your own wire. I don't believe you can buy the 5th wire separate either. You can use this station to charge other devices like cameras, headsets, and speakers. All the wires are detachable. The base has 2 blue ports that can charge power hungry devices like tablet and 3 ports for smaller devices like phones. The 5 ports are all on one side. I am sure it is interchangeable, but the blue ports might charge faster. There is also a small light when the device is plugged into the wall. Some of the detachable organizers can be adjusted to incorporate larger devices. All the ports are on one side and are well spaced. The stand helps improve look and bring order to your work area. However, it doesn't look as good when the device is not being used because of the unused plugged in wires. It looks better if you remove it after each use, but that is too much work. It says it can automatically adjust the voltage to make it safe and fast, but I am not sure if it can do that. The base and top has a rubbery feel and does well to keep it from sliding. It also says it protects from short circuit, but luckily I didn't have to find out. I also didn't have a reason to contact the all year tech support. The design of the device is great because of the clean all black look. It is a great product all in all.

Solid charger with lots of ports!
I got the 10 port USB Dock:Build quality: So far, it is great. Not super light to make it feel cheap, but not super heavy either. I was worried about the low height of the plastic tabs to hold up devices, but it holds the ipad just fine.Overall Review:The retractable cables are a very nice touch. You can pull them out to about from 5-16 inches in length. Once you pull them out, tug on them again to have them retract. It has 2 micro USB for most devices and 2 chargers for apple devices on one side (retractable). It also comes with 5 additional USB ports with small cables on the other. The USB slots are a nice touch since you can use your own cables if you wish, or have other devices that do not use the standard micro USB or apple chargers... great idea. All you have to do is plug, press the power button (only button on there - turns green to show it is on), then plug in devices. I used up to 4 devices so far and charges them at a fairy good speed. It isn't the fast charging (I have a Samsung phone) but it does the job. The versatility of what devices you can use to charge is amazing: Battery backups, phones, tablets, baby monitors, headphones and essentially anything with a USB connection.Great purchase

Nice to have a centralized place to charge my devices
PROS: o Nicely designed and attractive unit o Ports are clearly marked with regard to charging output current o No wall wart power supply, just a standard plug o Comes with 3 micro USB and 2 Apple cablesCONS: o NoneI have been lamenting the tangle of USB cords on my computer desk, half of which I maintain for the sole purpose of charging my pocket radio and my cell phone, along with the others for the joystick and to connect my point-and-shoot camera, external HDDs for backups, etc.. This unit removes the devices from the tangle that need to be connected solely for the sake of charging, which halves the number of "permanent" cords dangling from the front of the computer and USB hub. Using a USB multimeter, I found that this charges my cell phone at approximately twice the rate of the port on the USB hub; the USB hub was charging it at 40 mA and the charging station charges it at 80mA, halving the time needed to recharge the phone. Obviously, this is a specific instance and will not be the case for every device and/or individual experience, but I was pleased that it was so for my cell phone. I am using USB meters like this ( https://www.amazon.com/YOTINO-Volatage-Multimeter-Charger-Computer/dp/B078SQ9HRG/ ) on each port, as well as magnetic USB cables, so that I can do the quick connect/disconnect and also be able to observe the charging rate and real life capacity of my rechargeable devices. Overall, a VERY satisfactory solution to recharge my portable devices. Highly recommended.

A solid charging station but needs a new version for a few upgrades/refinements to really shine bright.
I'll be honest there are things that I like about this charging station.Pros:1. It's not too large2. It's light.3. The 6 transparent plastic bezels are useful enough. (Devices with clips especially).4. Has 5 USB ports on the front.5. Can plug in any type of USB cable into the port of your choosing (including USBC).6. Has built in Overcharge/Overheat protection, although I have yet to actually test that out in practice yet. Will update after future testing on that feature.Cons:1. Has no individual charging LED lights per port, meaning you have to go visually inspect the device manually to see if it's done charging.2. Although I appreciate the 5 mini USB cables, I would have found it more convenient to provide multiple different charging cable types for more versatility, especially as newer devices are going to USBC.3. No small LCD screen for additional functions or to show any icons or numbers to see what actions are occurring.Overall, it's a basic unit that has a few nice features that I would hope the future models of this electronic line will retain, but is lacking some advanced features like the ones I noted missing above to really have it stand out from the competition. Having those features added would definitely help justify a purchase like this, especially if you are someone with multiple electronic devices(Bluetooth, mp3, cell phone, etc.) but for most peoples needs it will probably suit their needs just fine.
