OMG! These items are amazing! I've had the pain of plantar fasciitis in my left foot for about 4 months. I have tried every cream/ointment (prescription and otc), lidocaine, other foot braces, soaking my foot in Epsom salt, alternating ice and heat and taking ibuprofen/naproxen for the pain. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, has given me even a fraction of the relief that these 2 items have given me. I put them both on my foot under my sock and put my shoes on and the pain has been decreased by at least 80%, which is wonderful since the pain would have me in tears at times. I wear these all day and a different brace at night and I feel so much better! Keep in mind I've only been using these items for a few days but they have been wonderfully pain-free days. I wish I would have bought these months ago.

I have been thoroughly impressed with these supports and heel compressions. I was beginning to experience what was likely Plantar Fasciitis, constant pain in my heels and feelings of stretched/sprained muscles and tendons in the arches of my feet. I'm giving these only four stars due to their size. I wouldn't recommend these for men, based on the small size of the arch supports and the compression wraps. I generally wear a size 7.5 to 8 shoe in women's and I have narrow feet.These have done a great deal in eliminating the pain I was experiencing with my feet. I work in retail and I am always on my feet on hard concrete floors. Even with good shoes, I was experiencing pain and these have definitely helped. So much so that a family member in the medical field asked what I was using so they could offer it as a suggestion to patients to try.I would recommend using the arch supports under socks and the heel wraps over socks. The stitching on the compression wraps really rubbed my skin raw, but once I made that change, they have been a wonderful addition to my working life!

I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for the last year and have been to the podiatrist 3 times and recieved 2 rounds of cortizone shots...done all the stretch..tried numerous insoles. Iced and heated with little to no relief. Until i used this. This product is amazing my foot pain has significantly been reduced. I dont wear it all the time but i do when im at work (im a waitress) and when im on my feet all day this has been a total lifesaver. And theres one for each foot! It is a but snug and uncomfortable for the 1st few days while adjusting but totally worth it. I have already suggested it to other sufferers and will ne ordering more. Thank you!

I wear a size 13 shoe, and work in a steel mill. I walk all day on uneven surfaces like iron stairs and scaffolding, train tracks, coarse gravel and broken concrete, while lifting and carrying heavy objects. I have had plantar fasciitis for the past 8 months. First, the gel pad is really good. But these are not for "most" foot sizes as they say, more like "those with shoe sizes between 8 and 11. I wore them under normal conditions when I got home from work (around the house, going to the grocery store, etc.) -- never even got to use them at work because they were so tight they were cutting off circulation in my feet. After an hour the pain was more than the fasciitis, and after three hours when I removed them they left deep bruise marks on the tops of my feet. HOWEVER... IF THEY WOULD MAKE THESE WITH A WIDE VELCRO STRIP ALONG THE TOP OF THE FOOT... I would be singing their praises! Why, oh why... could they not have done this? It would give some adjustment and better fitting to this product!

I just started dealing with plantar fasciitis and needed a boot for night time. The one I tried hurt the top of my foot so I started searching for something not so stiff and bulky. The reviews seemed to be saying what I wanted to hear...small, flexible and not hard to wear at night. I say yes to all of those things. This is a bit clumsy to get on at first, but now that I have used it for a week I am getting used to the set up. Positioning this is still a work in progress as I have a very high bone on the top of my foot that does not like a lot of pressure on it. Also, I have made it too tight before and this makes my foot ache in the middle of the night so off it goes. I did not give it 5 stars because it is not amazing but seems to be helping me with my foot dropping while sleeping. So bottom line is I think this is helping my issue and it was affordable. One thing to note...the velcro on this product is really really strong. The long straps are a challenge to pull off, especially in the middle of the night.

I purchase this product because I have plantar fasciitis. It started in my right foot and now I have it in both feet. After a long day on my feet, I put on the arch supports and the heel wrap to help my feet. The arch supports felt a little awkward at first but I have become used to them. I can't wear them in my shoes because they provide too much support in the arches. (I guess if you have shoes with no arch support they could work.) The reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I thought the ankle brace should have been a little tighter like a compression sock. (I am a size 7 shoe so maybe if your foot is larger it would provide the compression.) I also don't like how the arch support hits my foot right at the end of the arch. I wish the arch support were socks so that it would not compress on the arch. Otherwise a great product to provide some relief for my plantar fasciitis.

I was away from home on vacation when my plantar fasciitis started to act up and I had neglected to pack the foot support that I normally use. I ordered this support and it arrived the same day. It immediately provided relief and after two days of almost continual use I no longer needed it to walk without pain however still use periodically as needed.

The pain in my heel got worse and worse and eventually I visited a chiropodist. But the best help with the pain was in these products. Some days I am able to walk with hardly any pain at all, and my overall impression is of the pain dwindling, mostly thanks to the heel wrap, and I get comfort from the arch supports too. I have not regretted the purchase of these items and recommend them highly.

I suffer from PF ... heel pain ..and aching arch from breaking my foot a few years ago ... I have had physio for the PF ..but it returns ..and this year has been torture ... I self medicate, have tried so many supports and wraps ..socks .. shoe supports ..and good old stretching ... this is the first support that really feels like it's helping .. I still do all the stretching ..but now feel more comfortable with this in place ...it took a few attempts to get the placing right .. but once I got it , I can do it easily ...I am just wearing soft trainers , with arch support built in ..but I managed my dog walk today without limping home at the end ... so , yes ..try these ... I feel it is incredibly useful in my recovery .

The gel supports are comfortable to wear but have to be worn with the black sleeve to hold them in place. However, I initially found the sleeve too tight and although the compression helped alleviate the pain, this made it a little uncomfortable and caused my feet to swell. A bit more stretch in the fabric of the outer sleeve would be nice, but I did find them more comfortable to wear the second time round. I'm not sure about the therapeutic benefits for plantar fasciitis. It is perhaps too soon to tell.

I have been using this product for about 3 weeks. I do find them helpful and they are soft under my feet. The unfortunate thing for me is I also have a knee problem which makes walking more uncomfortable. So yes if you only have a foot problem go ahead and give them a go. They will most likely work for you.

I was disappointed as it was too big to offer any real support or pain relief. I had thought as I have wide feet and ladies size 8.5 that it should be a snug fit but it was rather loose around the heel where I'm experiencing pain so was of no use to me at all. If my husband ever has heel pain I will certainly bring it out again for him to try as he has larger feet than me but otherwise it was money wasted for me sadly. It does appear to be a well made product but it's just not a case of one size fits all.
