Exceptional Audiophile Quality Headphones with Limited Faults
I've been looking for a pair of headphones that do it all for me, that I can buy for a decent price and keep for years to come not needing to swap out to anything else, and these definitely seem the one. B&W have always been sensational when it comes to sound quality, having utilised their speakers in the past, but when it comes to music I enjoy headphones, and although wired will always be superior sound quality, there really isn't much in it when it comes to Bluetooth Vs Wired in these headphones. Sound quality these are exceptional - perfect bass, sensational treble and mid-tones, highs are also not too overwhelming as well. Bluetooth is easy to connect as well with their app, with a built in EQ (which I did utilise) - I found they were fractionally too quiet for me, although tuning the EQ on the app made it perfect, and due to the in-built amp in the headphones, the EQ increase didn't result in any loss of quality, but it would have been nice to be slightly louder out of box. Comfort wise, they are so comfortable - feel so light on the head that you forget they are on, although one slight issue is they are a bit slidy on the head - so jogging with them on is pretty much out of the question on the tightest section. But I didn't buy these for exercise - they are great out and about on a gentle walk or at the shops, and great indoors of course. These headphones do have the option to be utilised wired as well so you can retain that extra margin of quality, and comes with both charging cable and aux (although only USB-C from the headphones themselves). Battery life is incredible - I actually fell asleep with them on and 8 hours later was surprised to be on 45% (started on 67%). Another small downside are the headphone's buttons - honestly they are awful - so small and I can never find them easily (doesn't really matter though as I just use my phone controls, or my PC) but it can be frustrating if you're often utilising the buttons. Honestly cannot really fault these headphones apart from the minor things mentioned - these are the best all-round headphones I've ever used. Superior sound quality with the ease of wireless with minimal loss of quality. Perfect price for the years you'll get out of them - make the jump, it'll save you money in the long run instead of buying cheaper headphones that will break easier in a year.

Finally, Comfortable & Great-Sounding Headphones with Outstanding Bluetooth Codec Implementation
Outstanding! I went through several pairs of headphones to find one that fits, especially given my large ears. Finally, I found a pair that combines excellent sound quality, comfort, high-quality materials, support for the latest audio codecs, and distortion-free, low-latency performance when using the aptX Adaptive LL codec. The microphones work great for calls, and the transparency mode is impressive.I tested the AirPods Max, Bose QuietComfort Ultra, Sennheiser Momentum 4, Sonos Ace, and Bowers & Wilkins PX8, but I struggled to find a pair that excelled in every category according to my requirements. Just when I was about to settle for the PX8, which unfortunately had a poor implementation of aptX Adaptive LL (Low Latency), the PX7 S3 was released. I didn't hesitate to order them, and thankfully, they really delivered! Here are the highlights:- Excellent sound quality- Spacious earcups; the internal speaker drivers do not touch my ears- Comfortable clamping force, allowing me to wear them for hours without causing cabin pressure, listening fatigue, or headband discomfort- Great battery life- Features the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon Sound platform chipset, with all expected Bluetooth codecs implemented well, especially Adaptive LL and Lossless- Good transparency mode, ranking just below the AirPods Max, Bose, and Sonos Ace- Improved active noise cancellation, which I find sufficient. I primarily use them in an office setting, so I can't speak to their full potential outdoors. However, they perform well in my environment, although the AirPods Max, Sonos, and Bose QC Ultra still take the top spots. That said, there's noticeable improvement over Bowers & Wilkins' previous models!Overall, the PX7 S3 headphones are a fantastic choice: very comfortable, excellent sound quality, and a great suite of audio codecs that are well-implemented over Bluetooth!

Well made, with a balanced and enjoyable sound
They are nicely made and feel solid. Out of the box they sound very good, balanced but perhaps with a bias towards bass. I'm happy with the sound but there is a 5 band equaliser in the app if you need it. I find the sound more enjoyable than the Sony WH-1000XM4 and 5 both of which I've owned. I enjoy the PX7 more than my pair of open backed wired headphones driven by a good quality DAC/amp. The exception being the soundstage which isn't as wide but instruments are still well separated within the soundstage. The noise cancelling is effective and better than my Earfun Wave Pro. The Wave Pro worked very well on a plane so I'd expect the PX7 s3 to work at least as well. The ambient mode worked nicely when I did some spoken French lessons - Duolingo was able to recognise the words I spoke with no problem. They are a snug fit over my ears but they might be a bit too snug for some.I've been able to connect via Bluetooth to an iPad, an Android phone and an Amazon Fire Cube. I've connected via the included USB type C cable to both iPad and an Android phone. On the iPad the PX7 sounded better connected via cable, but on the Android device there was little difference. So far the app has worked fine with no glitches.Overall, I like the PX7 S3 a lot. There are places where I wouldn't feel safe wearing expensive kit like the PX7 S3, but for those places my Earfun Wave Pros will fill in nicely.
