Natural and clean dishes! No residue
Was looking for a dishwasher detergent that was more natural-based and didn’t leave a residue on the dishes. This is a great choice! I was using the Molly suds brand (sorry) and it looked like it made the bottom of my dishwasher (and washer with the MS laundry detergent) kind of eaten up - like the enamel was eaten up. Not sure what happened there, but that caused me to switch brands. I know BB doesn’t do this to my dishwasher because we moved and got a new one. Happy with the results of Branch Basics!

Ingredients you can trust
The price is high, but so is the quality. Sometimes saving the environment comes at a cost. This is a bulk buy for sure. Using your dishwasher once a day this will get you through about four months. They work well at cleaning my dishes. They also don't leave any smell behind, which is so preferable over some of the mainstream dishwasher tablets that are so overly scented. The ingredients are so much more eco friendly(and therefore human friendly) than chemical filled ones I've used before. They have dissolved completely when I've used them, which means it is doing it's job.

Works wonderfully!
Much prefer this over any other dishwasher soap. I always order from this company and they are quick to ship and always provide wonderful products.

Clean but Expensive
This 3 pack of Branch Basics Dishwasher Tablets are a decent set of low toxicity dish cleansers. They eliminated the unnecessary ingredients of sulfates, phosphates, bleaches, dyes, and plastics you find in many other types of dishwasher liquids and tablets. However, as they do not have any plastic protection, you have to keep the tablets in a dry location as I think they will absorb moisture when not in use. Additionally, they didn't seem to leave any smell either, which is a huge plus for my sensitive nose. They were extremely easy-to-use: one in the dishwasher dispenser and one directly in the dishwasher. They didn’t cause any clogging issues in the wash and were completely gone at the end of the dishwashing cycle. They worked decently, similar to other dishwashing tablets, and didn’t leave any noticeable residue. While I appreciate the clean non-toxic approach with these dishwasher tablets, I feel like $60 is kind of expensive, even though you get about 2 months of loads. The liquid detergent I have bought in the past is much less than that and it lasts for much longer. If you are moving toward a more “clean” lifestyle, these are a very good solution.

Branch Basics Tablets: Better for the environment and will leave dishes and pans squeaky clean
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The Branch Basics Dishwasher Tablets really clean well. I usually have to visit a tale of two cities when using cleaning products that are better for the environment – meaning accepting lower performance for environmentally better products -- but I did not have to make this choice with the Branch Basics tablets – they left my dishes and pans squeaky clean.I have been impressed with the Branch Basics tablets since my first use when I opened the door to my dishwasher expecting to see residue free dishes, but I got sparkling residue free dishes that just beamed back at me. The dishes and pans really did shine and it brought a smile to my face.Regarding performance, the Branch Basics tablets perform as well as my Cascade and Finish higher level multi-colored pods. You have to wash your hands after managing the Branch Basics tablets because a bit of the pressed powder may adhere to your fingers – this is not a severe problem just acknowledging that you will probably get a little bit of powder on your hands/fingers.Moving forward, I will consider buying the Branch Basics tablets if the folks at Branch Basics price them competitively with the “top-of-the-line” pods made by Cascade and Finish. The outer seal on one of my three Branch Basics bags was not sealed correctly and the shipping container was full of “tablet dust” – again, not a very severe problem but something that the folks at Branch Basics will need to address.

Clean dishes
These dishwasher tabs are working as well as the brand I typically use. The first time I used them, some of my glass dishes had some spots, but it hasn’t been an issue since. The dishes are coming out clean. I like that these are unwrapped, which makes them quick and easy to pop in the dishwasher. I’ve found that some of the brands that have the dissolvable plastic packaging done always dissolve all the way when running the dishwasher. The bag these come is is resealable with velcro, so it’s way to open and close. These are a bit pricy (currently 50¢ per tab) compared to other dishwasher tabs. I usually only have to run the dishwasher a couple of times a week though, so these will last me quite a while.
