ESV Illuminated Scripture Journal: Romans

Every time I dive deep into a book of the Bible, I get one of these little books that has ESV text on the left pages and a blank page on the right, for notes, etc. This one is especially pretty as it has a lovely cover. The paper and print quality are excellent.

I love this paperback journal with the entire ESV book of Romans. It is beautiful, compact, and so useful. The font is larger than my Bible, so it is easy to read. The pages are thick enough so that there is no bleed-through when I write with gel pen. This is perfect for in-depth study of the book of Romans because there is enough room to mark the text, and for notes. For each page of Bible text there is a blank page for notes. Some of the journal pages have lovely illustrations. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I personally l love these books because it allows me to write in them the many discoveries I learn. I like having my notes all in one place. I utilize these books in my lady's bible study, and they equally enjoy this convenient method of noting their thoughts. It has helped to stay better organize as far as note taking goes.

These are soooo beautiful! And high quality! My husband and I use these as a couples devotional, we each have one we read and take notes on our own and share and compare our thoughts. We both LOVE having each individual book of the bible and haveing a full page for note taking for each page of scripture. These are absolutely perfect. This would be great for anyone who likes bible journaling, or for sermon notes. I have been recommending these to everyone!! The only thing I would change is having the choice of translation. My husband and I have different preferences in translation and I would love to choose the translation

This journal is such a great tool for studying the book of Romans!! It has the full text of the book with a page of scripture on the left and a page for notes on the right. This is my second one to use for a group Bible study and I'm hoping to use a lot more as I go along!!

Romans is one of my favorite books in the New Testament, and I was so delighted to find this small journal. The cover is gorgeous and catches the light, and the inside illustrations and lettering are lovely. I have been carrying this journal with me as I go through a Bible study on the book of Romans, and it's very convenient to be able to carry the Bible book and my notes in one journal. I would recommend this journal to anyone who wants to study a particular book of the Bible in full, to anyone who wants to carry their favorite book of the Bible with them, and to anyone who likes to journal and letter verses as a part of their meditation. I put the entire set of the New Testament illuminated journals on my Christmas wish list!

Fabulous edition. The margins of my Bible never has enough space. This edition solved that.

I now own a few of these books from the series and have never been disappointed.

This is the illuminate journal for the letter to the Romans. It has about 40 pages and has the ESV translation of the bible on the left page and a blank page on the right. Approximately one in 3 of the right pages has a verse printed on it, taking up less than a quarter of the page. There are 3 blank pages at the end I have used a highlighter and fine-liner with the book, and neither have bled through to the other side. Dimensions are 146mm x 202mm x 6mm. The cover is stiff card (not board - it does bend) with a gold foil design on the front, The font size is OK - I can read without my glasses (see image for size relative to ruler)

Love these books. Bible on one side and blank page on the other. Perfect for studies and notes. Cute cover.
