I've been taking these with magnesium and calcium for about 2 weeks and only great things have happened. I'm a MAT patient from r 3 yrs and it causes vitamin deficiencies that were never told to me. When I started treatment my bones started hurting,but I thought it was me just feeling things I hadn't felt from being under the influence. Then for the past 8 months my hair started thinning and the shedding was getting bad. Come to find out it's the methadone!
